History
The Law Office of Dennis J. Kellogg began as a dream to represent the "little guy" against insurance and corporate interests back in 1975. Over the years, the Firm has argued in State and Federal Courts, including the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Dennis has focused on diligently and passionately representing clients for over 40 years, ensuring that each client is treated with the utmost respect during one of the most difficult times in their lives. The Firm's tradition of hard work, dedication, and professionalism is the backbone of professional success in the small downtown office we call home. We believe that what wins a case is the product of passion and professionalism.
Since the Firm was established, we have facilitated the success of representing clients in obtaining settlements over millions of dollars. Our niche and passion is representing those Clients involved in serious accidents ranging from a typical Motor Vehicle Accident to Americans with Disabilities Act violations.
